What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, a description of your project, and any plans, drawings or photos you upload.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare your estimate and, if you hire us, carry out the work. By submitting the form you consent to us contacting you about your project by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We never sell or share it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. We may share project details with a subcontractor or temporary helper only when that is needed to price or do your job.
How long we keep it
If a quote request goes inactive and does not lead to work, we delete your details and uploaded files within 12 months. Contact details of clients we continue to do business with are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and as required for our business records.
How we protect it
Submissions and uploaded files are stored in a private, access-restricted system that only we can open. Uploads are limited to common plan and photo file types. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records general usage such as pages viewed and approximate location, not your name or contact details.
Your rights
