Levon has helped build and renovate more than 300 Subway, Pizza Hut, Barburrito and Mucho Burrito restaurants across Ontario. Some were bare shells. Some were full remodels of stores already open. All of them had to match the franchise drawings and pass inspection before opening.

After that many stores, the work stops being guesswork. We know the layouts, the finishes and the details franchisors ask for again and again.

Every brand has its own standards for walls, ceilings, floors, counters and seating. Most crews learn these on the job, one mistake at a time. We have built them so often that we know them by heart, including the usual redesign changes that show up mid-project.

What we handle, and what we don't

We do the interior finishing: drywall and partitions, ceilings, flooring, light fixture assembly and mounting on ready-to-connect locations, and furniture, booth and counter installation. Electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC work is done by your licensed trades. We work around them and keep the site moving.
